After full payment, the client may use the campaign assets, data, configurations, and deliverables created specifically for the engagement, as described in the applicable agreement.

GrowwBrand retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, frameworks, processes, templates, knowledge, and reusable tools.

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing timely and accurate information
• Providing access to required tools and accounts
• Reviewing and approving campaign materials
• Following up with prospects promptly
• Using campaign systems and information in accordance with applicable laws

Each party will take reasonable steps to protect the other party's non-public information and use it only for the relevant engagement.

Any additional confidentiality requirements may be included in a separate written agreement.

You may not use the website to:

• Introduce malware
• Interfere with website operation
• Copy or commercially exploit website content without permission
